لنهرٍ فى اسكتلندا يصل بين نهرين عن طريق قناتين ذوات منسوب مختلف ..
ويتم الوصل بينهم بواسطة آلة ضخمة تسمى الدولاب ،
حيث ترفع هذه الآلة السفن من البحيرة الدائرية إلى القناة !
وتنزل سفينة أخرى من القناة إلى البحيرة بنفس الوقت . .
