First, thanks for coming and stating your reflection on this question

Secondly, this is an Analogy
in which the cow represents a giant company while the chicken represents a small company

A giant company as Aramco while a small company as a coffee shop

I'm seeking through this HR question an answer for what is better off for an individual to start his career in a giant company where presumably he will be at one of the bottom ranking positions ( the tail of the cow) or start his career in a small company such as a coffee shop where he may be recruited as the
manager of the of the coffee shop (head of the chicken)

What is better off for him as a beginner
It's an HR question
