I still remember that day when I had my breakfast in one of a company restaurants. I noticed that there were
two big tables labeled “Reserved”. For my own curiosity, I asked the restaurant's staff why these tables were labeled that way. The answer was that these tables are for managers, superintendents and occasionally for top managements’ members
This is indeed what kills productivity, motivation and sincerity
